Weatherford senior Paisley Nelson got involved in cheering at a young age.
“I started tumbling with Miss Lindsey when I was four years old,” Nelson said.
Nelson values her teammates on the cheer squad, and the support from the school as a whole.
“They mean everything to me. I wouldn’t be here without them,” she said. “The support we receive from everyone. Teachers, coaches, our awesome principal, and we have the best student section.”
Nelson is always wanting to learn new stunts, but she has one favorite role.
“I love basing and I always love learning new stunts,” she said.
During her free time, she enjoys the outdoors.
“I enjoy being outside. We have a creek and I love hanging out down there,” Nelson said. “I enjoy spending time with my boyfriend and friends.”
